Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical spa, we require new patients to fill out a brief medical history information and consent form.
Due to a high volume of cancellations with less that 48 hours notice, we are reinstating a stricter cancellation policy that was previously in effect. Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for all our clients. Any med spa services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $25 fee and must be paid before receiving your next service.
Same day cancellations and no show patients will also be charged $25. After two no show appointments we will not be able to schedule another appointment. If you paid in advance for your service, you will forfeit the rest of your package.
If you arrive ten minutes after you scheduled appointment time, we will have to reschedule your appointment for a later date and time. We cannot accommodate late arrivals due to our busy schedule and high volume of clientele we see on a daily basis.
Please refrain from cell phone calls while in the med spa. In consideration of others and so everyone can have a relaxing experience, please arrange for child care for children under the age of twelve. Children are not permitted in the treatment rooms. This will allow our medical professionals to give you the undivided attention you deserve.
CoolSculpting Payment and Cancellation Policy

When scheduling a CoolSculpting appointment after having a consultation, we require a down payment of 20% of the entire quoted price, that will be put towards the total cost of the future procedure.
If the patient cancels the appointment within 72 hours they will receive a full refund. If the patient wishes to reschedule the same day, the payment may be kept and put towards the full amount of the procedure.
If the patient cancels within 48 hours, 10% of the down payment will be refunded. If the patient wishes to reschedule the same day, the remaining 10% may be kept and put towards the full amount of the procedure. Please be aware this means that 10% of the down payment will be kept by KP Aesthetics as a late cancellation fee.
If the patient cancels within less than 48 hours of their scheduled appointment, the entire 20% down payment will be kept by KP Aesthetics. If the patient wishes to reschedule at the time of the cancellation they will be required to sign a new agreement and put down another 20%, which will be applied towards their entire treatment amount.
